A Culinary Journey to the Yucatán Peninsula

Join us at Jackalope Tex-Mex & Cantina for a one-night culinary journey inspired by the vibrant flavors, ingredients, and traditions of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula.

Head Chef Stew Navarre and the Jackalope kitchen team will prepare an exclusive five-course dinner, bringing their own creative approach to the bold, regional flavors of the Yucatán. Each course will be accompanied by a thoughtfully curated agave spirit pairing selected by the Jackalope bar team, creating a complete dining experience from the first pour to the final bite.
